There will be 5 rounds of questions, each question worth 1-2 points.
Every round has a theme and questions for the round will pertain to related subjects.
The emcee will read and repeat the question projected on the screen and teams will have 45 seconds to answer.
Listen carefully and understand a question before attempting to answer it!
Team members can talk among themselves
or use the provided scratch paper to suggest answers so other teams cannot overhear them. Questions may also be written down
to be thought about and answered later in the round.
The use of reference materials (including laptop computers, PDAs, cell phones, portable CD-ROMs, calculators,
dictionaries, encyclopedias, almanacs, cheat sheets, shirt sleeves, smoke signals, etc.) is strictly forbidden
and will result in team disqualification and public humiliation.

Each team should designate one person to write down answers on the Answer Sheet. Be sure to
label the answer sheet with your team number and the round number.
Also, make sure answers match question numbers.
After all questions in a round have been presented, teams will have three minutes to review Answer Sheets
and submit them to the Judges' Table for scoring. ANSWER SHEETS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE END OF THE TWO-MINUTE REVIEW PERIOD.
Answers will be announced after all sheets are collected and prior to the next round.
Team rankings and scores will be displayed once tabulated.
